Nice, quiet area and big, comfortable beds. Although location was quiet, it was near a mall with restaurants and also gas stations with convenient items.
Friendly staff, good location, cleanliness
An accounting error was made when being charged for our second week stay. It was promptly corrected.
Walking distance to Tacoma Mall, convenient for seeking food, nails/hair services for a special event that was the purpose of my trip.
Check in - Lady was not at the counter but came within a few minutes. Seemed smooth check-in however I found out the next day that she did not run my credit card. Instead of calling me to tell me of this oversight, the staff the next day just locked me out of my room. This significantly delayed me from getting me to my special event on time. I needed that key 15 minutes to get ready in a hurry and catch my taxi to the venue. Instead I spent it in line at the front desk and then in terse conversation with the man at the desk who did not seem apologetic at all for locking me out of my room. He treated me like I was a non-paying customer when in fact the issue was that my credit card was not run by the staff member the night before. I missed the entire wedding ceremony and was embarrassed to arrive to the wedding late. When I returned from the wedding, the staff had locked me out of my room AGAIN even though the man had run my credit card earlier that evening. And this time I had to wait 15 minutes at the front desk for a staff member to show up to re-activate my key card. They said they were having issues with new staff, but this was ridiculous and made my stay much less enjoyable. To have such a tight schedule and spend key parts of it in line arguing about why they locked you out TWICE? I will not return here.
The staff was friendly and helpful upon arrival.
The lobby was small and had a peculiar smell. Neighbors were loud and kept slamming door as they came and went well into the early morning. The bathroom needs a fan.
Affordable rates and functional (once you figure out that you need to ask for hair dryer, towels and bed sheets to be cleaned, etc.)
The room smelled a little funny
The kitchenette was like having all the comfort of home on a smaller scale.
The room had only one recliner and two office chairs, another over stuffed chair or recliner would have been nice for watching tv.
I didn't like that there wasn't enough paper cups in the bathroom. I would expect there to be more then one. At least 5 no one wants to share one cup.
Wanted to stay one more night sold out
The room was big and the kitchenette was an added bonus in the 2 bed room. It wasn't overly plush and fancy but it was great for an overnight for a trip to a concert at the Tacoma Dome. It would have been fine for more than one night as well. It was clean and the staff was very friendly. The bed was comfortable (I didn't wake up with a back ache as I often do in other hotels). Oh, the Tacoma Mall right across the street was nice too :)
We did have to wait past the check in time to get into our room; maybe they were understaffed that day? The staff was very apologetic about the delay. If you are traveling to the Tacoma Dome by cab, I would leave early, there seems to be a shortage of cabs there. Getting back to the hotel by cab took a long time!
Our room wasn't ready for 24 hours.
The staff was super friendly and provided excellent service. Just wish room service was provided regardless of short stays.
Staff was nice and helpful
Beds are very uncomfortable and it is very loud. Floors make noise when u walk, walls are thin. And you can hear everyone and everything. I was there for 8 days and room didn't get cleaned so that sucked.
We got 2 rooms a month in advance and they sold out second room to someone else. Wouldn't have been a problem but everywhere else was sold out because of a concert at the Tacoma Dome
The group in the room next to ours was being very loud, at 330am I called the front desk to complain about the noise. The staff did nothing and the group was extremely loud until after 10am. I will never stay here again! It was terrible!
You did not forward our reservation. We were lucky the hotel honored our confirmation. We will not use Booked.net again
